With uninterrupted views of Loch Dhu, the cottage is situated in the heart of the Trossachs about 7 miles from the busy village of Aberfoyle and is 1.5 miles beyond Kinlochard which has a post office/shop and hotels serving bar meals. The cottage is in a rural setting, situated near to Loch Dhu House and resting on the shores of Loch Dhu itself. Front and rear gardens are securely gated, fenced and fully enclosed. The gate in the rear garden gives entry to a field which adjoins Loch Dhu, over which the occupants of the cottage have a single rod licence included in the rental cost. |

The cottage is single storey with full central heating and a multi-fuel burning stove in the lounge. There is a newly refurbished spacious kitchen/dining/living room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom contains two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The cottage occupants have the use of a full size garage, and private parking space. Local activities Walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, touring, golf and bird watching. The occupants of the cottage have fishing rights over Loch Dhu and Loch Chon.
