We trust that you will find the cottage clean and well maintained. Please ensure that you leave the cottage in the condition in which you found it. 

We have a policy of not accepting dogs (guide dogs will always be accepted) or children under the age of 7 years (babies (pre-crawling!) are fine).

All heating*, bed linen and towels are supplied, and there is a washing machine in the kitchen. Most standard kitchen utensils, and a limited supply of all normal consumables such as toilet roll and soap are also supplied.  Please keep in mind that oil is used to fuel all of the heating.  In these times of high oil costs, we would be grateful if you could keep the heating to a minimum whilst still maintaining your comfort.

*A limited supply of logs or coal will usually be available to guests who wish to use the stove (enclosed fire) in the living room.
